Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged or faulty please get in contact with us as soon as possible at hello@littleegretdesign.co.uk. If you can, please attach photos so that we can resolve the issue quickly. 

Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order if you require a refund. We cannot not offer a refund after the 14 day period.

Everything is packaged as carefully as possible but accidents happen during transit and we will always do our best to rectify the problem. We will pay the return postage on items that are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please provide your name, address and order number with your return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
